About
I’m a 38-year-old fitness and life coach with a passion for helping people become stronger, more confident, and more independent.
Fitness has been an important part of my life for the past five years, and over the last year I’ve had the opportunity to work directly with individuals with special needs. What started as coaching quickly became something I genuinely care about.
My approach goes beyond exercise. Every client is different, so our time together is built around their individual goals—whether that means improving strength and fitness, developing healthier routines, practicing everyday life skills, getting out into the community, or simply becoming more comfortable and confident doing things on their own.
I believe progress doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. Sometimes it’s lifting more weight. Sometimes it’s trying something new, completing a task independently, communicating more confidently, or building a routine they can be proud of.
My goal is simple: help each person become a stronger, more confident and independent version of themselves—while making the process positive, encouraging, and fun.
